1. Information We Collect

We collect account information from Google Sign-In, limited purchase verification metadata, and support messages you choose to send. Screenshots, mockups, and generated designs are processed locally on your device and are not automatically uploaded to our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate SoloScreenshot, verify Pro lifetime membership, maintain security, diagnose issues, and respond to support requests.

3. Payments

Stripe and Apple process billing credentials through their own secure payment systems. We do not collect or store full card numbers, PINs, Apple payment credentials, or full financial account details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with essential providers such as Google Identity Services, Stripe, and Apple In-App Purchase, or when required by applicable law.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account inside the app from the account menu. You may also request deletion by email. We process account and data deletion requests within 3 business days.
